We received the forged iron tree #AM4060 which we ordered last week.  It arrived in good shape exactly when you said it would be here.  We are very happy with it,  it is a very nice quality, very easy to assemble, and very substantial.  We are looking forward to decorating it for the holidays.

I just wanted to compliment you on your beautiful and original artwork. I love iron, and my home is filled with everything from picture frames to candle holders to plant stands and coffee tables!!             Just wanted to inform you that we received your shipment today and we were extremely satisfied with it.  The reason for choosing this particular product was that my wife, Nancy, and I were celebrating our sixth wedding anniversary and the traditional gift for such an occasion was iron.  It was hard to believe that a gift from such a durable and rudimentary material could satisfy the requirements of a sensitive gift but your offerings were truly of iron elegance.
 
            For the benefit of other Canadians wishing to order from your web site, the product was received approximately nine calendar days after your notification of shipment, despite  your sending it US Post Air.  I presume the time was spent bogged down in customs and brokerage requirements.  (Thank heavens for Free Trade)
 
            I also want to commend you for an excellent web site and ordering service.  Your site was very 'User Friendly', helpful (with great pictures of your products) and reassuring.  The minute an order was placed an automated e-mail was received promising the client of a personal confirmation (by a real human) when the order was shipped.  All of this was completed right on schedule as promised.  The product was packaged very carefully and well protected.

Hi! I got the two witch balls in the mail today (wonderfully packaged, btw, I'm VERY impressed :D) and I absolutely love them! My mother and I are working on a dowel-based hanging system so I can hang them in front of my window and enjoy the sunlight shining through them. They're absolutely beautiful, I look forward to buying from you again in the future! Oh, and thanks for the candy, the kids loved it and I thought it was a nice touch :D

Well, how excited can you get about some fire irons - but I am very pleased. They add a touch of sedentary charm to my rustic living room. And I know they will be robust enough to feed my fire for many years to come! These are goods that America should sell more of.
